What do I need to have to submit my claim?
You are required to have the IMEI of your device and upload a proof of purchase. If your device has two IMEI numbers, ONLY enter the first IMEI number listed.
Where can I find my IMEI number?
You can find your IMEI by dialling *#06# on your device. If your device has two IMEI, only enter the first IMEI listed.
Who are the participating retailers?
Telstra, Optus and Vodafone are the only participating retailers for the Huawei Watch GT Active promotion.

Can I claim more than one Huawei Watch GT Active?
No, the offer is limited to one Huawei Watch GT Active for each Huawei P30 or P30 Pro you have purchased during the promotional period.
I purchased my phone at Vodafone, why can’t I claim here?
All Huawei P30|P30 Pro phones purchased at Vodafone stores during the promotional period are entitled to receive a Huawei Watch GT Active. However, you can redeem the gift directly from your Vodafone store and not on-line. Should you have any issues please contact the Vodafone customer service hotline @ 1300 650 410.
How long do I have to wait before I receive my Huawei Watch GT Active?
Please allow up to 45 days before receiving your Huawei Watch GT Active. You can track the progress of your claim here. You’ll just need your CLAIM ID and your registered email address to track.
Can I get my Huawei Watch GT Active delivered to another country?
No, the bonus gift can only be sent to a valid Australian address.
I don't have access to the internet, is there another way I can claim?
